Great baking sheets

I love these baking sheets. The only thing that kept me from rating them at 5- Best, is that if you use the cover, it is very difficult to remove.

Opps something was broken

When I received this item, the lid had a husge crack down the plastic lid. The pakage was well cushioned so I don't know how this happened but I did not feel like returning a broken plastic lid of this size, it wasn't worth the trouble. I decided to just contact Cooking.com just to let them know it had arrived damaged expecting nothing. I was happy that they contacted me and told me that they were shipping me a new lid as a replacement with no charge. The new lid arrived in MINT condition and now I have exaclty what I ordered without the hastle of a return exchange.

Lid is hard to get on/off, but love it!

I love this baking sheet! It's super easy to clean and bakes perfectly! The lid can be hard to get on and off, but you learn how to use it quickly, and when it's on it's on.

Excellent sheet pan!

Sturdy and doesn't warp... it's everything you want out of a sheet pan. The storage lid is pure genius! Now I can take my sheet cake or brownies with me in style.

Love it!

I bought two of these and I'm so glad I did! They're great! Easy to clean, easy to hold. Nice and sturdy all the way around! I don't miss my cheap warped baking sheets at all!! I like the lids, too! Great for carrying your goodies to picnics and potlucks etc. I even transfer my single layer cakes to the pan and cover the cake with the lid for travel or storing! The lids stay on very well and the whole pan feels secure when it is on.

Useful Sheet Pan

Good size for apartment dwellers; nice cover; enjoyed using it.

I love this pan. I had a lot of recipes that call for this size and it's ideal when baking for crowds. The lid makes it perfect for storing, also. This was also the cheapest price...I shopped around!

Great Pan - Great Value

I bought this pan to make the Barefoot Conessa's brownies. It worked just great. Now I use it all the time for cakes and other recipies. Great Job!!

packaging

The products I ordered were as I expected and are of good value. They will serve my needs for a long time. I was slightly disappointed with the packaging and one pan was dented. It was usable but I like to keep my tools always looking like new. They were very kind and prompt in replacing the dented pan. You can't beat that for good customer service.

Great Pan

I couldn't wait to get this pan. It looks great and I have used it over and over again. I love the idea of the storage lid but the lid is hard to put on even if there is no food inside. The lid needs to be a bit more flexible to use. Overall, I am happy!

great idea

I bought this pan as gifts and for myself. I thought what a great idea. I bake several types of bar cookies and always have to put them into tins. Now I can just leave in this pan. I no longer cater and just cook and bake for my husband and I, but I love putting on a spread for family and friends for those special occasions. This pan will be in great demand I am sure of it.

Sheet Cake Pan with Lid

I do a fair amount of baking and came across a recipe that required a sheet cake pan (which I didn't have). I chose this pan because the preparation of the cake and frosting is done in the pan. (This is a shallow pan, not the depth of a sheet cake that you would get at a bakery. The cake is about the depth of a cake like brownie.) The lid is perfect for protecting the cake. It solves the dilemma of how to keep the cake fresh and frosting intact without wrapping in plastic or foil The pan with lid is well worth the extra cost.

Overall, it was the perfect pan for my new favorite chocolate cake/frosting recipe. I prepared the recipe twice already and plan to make it again within the next few weeks.

No more messed up frosting.

This is the best thing I've bought in recent history. I bake a lot of sheet cakes and the frosting used to get messed up with the plastic wrap or foil I had to put over it . With this new pan (actually I bought 2) I no longer have to worry about my pretty cakes getting ugly. The top goes on and comes off easily and is a snap to clean as well. I have also used them to store and take decorated cookies. I highly recommend these pans.

PROFFESIONAL GRADE PAN

It's great to have a pan that does not warp at high temperatures and that is not a dark color. I use the 1/2 sheet rack on it to bake meat as well. The lid is snug and stays on, no more trying to get foil around it. Made the best evenly browned sugar cookies at the holidays!

Would highly recommend.

I have had a little trouble getting the lid to snap on and stay. The cooking surface is great as I would have expected with a Nordic ware product.

I just love this product. I bake alot and this makes an easy make it take container. Would recomment to every baker. Life made easy.

Awesome pan!! Very durable. I was looking for a cookie sheet with a lid to transport cakes and cookies. Very nice. I bought 2 for gifts and one for myself. Very good price as well.
