I was replacing a cheap set and went off name recognition and then at half off I thought I was getting a deal! Very cheap handles and shears are not better than you get at dollar store! Maybe $50 would be a good deal I think not!

I am not a professional chef, I'm am not a professional knife thrower. I was sick of my $10 knife set from the dollar store not cutting meat and smushing veggies so I saw this sweet deal on black Friday for half off and gave it a go. My dad owns a lunch truck and swears by the brand. I not only am impressed by the comfort and balance of the knife but i can cut paper towels in half with one slice. Buying this knife set has CUT my preparation time in half! Thank you knife makers and cooking.com for getting these knifes to me.

Great product.... 19 piece block set had extra steak knife and was missing 4.5 veggie knife.....
Cooking.com is replacing our knives..... if all works out this will be a great experience ..... Thanks.

These knives are incredible. I had a set of Henckels before but these are much a much better model/line. I would highly recommend them.

Very good quality and great workmanship. I was pleased that the knives are thin and that the steak knives were as good as the bigger knives in the set. After using the cheap set that I have had for 20 years I ask myself, why did I wait so long. Love the set.

This block exceeded my expectations, especially since there was an empty slot provided for a cleaver (Good thing I had bought one not long ago!). I was a bit confused when I found 9 steak knives instead of 8. However, apparently one can be used as a utility knife.
I am very happy with this purchase.
