I love this gooey butter cake. I've tried all of the gooey butter cakes on QVC, but this one is the best one out of all of them. I bought two for Christmas for all the friends and family and especially for my husband coming home from Iraq, and I should have bought two more. The went so fast, before the pecan pie and pumpkin pie. Everyone is now hooked! Thank you for our Christmas so special!!

very good and very sweet. however, not as good as when purchased in Savanah Paula store. Looses a little luster from fresh at store and seemed smaller(hight) than I remembered. Still tasted ecellent.

I was so dissapointed after receiving this cake. I was such a happy camper when I ordered it because I remember how good it was when I purchased it last year. Is there a reason why someone changed Paula Deen's recipe, and does she know about it??? Just viewing the picture above would make ones mouth drool. Just the cake I ordered last year. This year? Well let's just say,BIG difference. It is no longer ooey or gooey. Only slightly moist on top, followed by regular cake, then a layer of graham cracker crust. What the hell is up with that? If I wanted to count calories I wouldn't have ordered it. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL RECIPE!!! As it stands right now, I am a TOTALLY UNSATISFIED customer!

This is the one that I keep at my house and my housekeeper and I keep it a secret from anyone else that comes around. We want no sharing. This one, to me. is the best. The very first time I ever ordered one, my housekeeper/friend and I got a piece and sat and started eating it and just strange noises were coming out of our mouth. I remember thinking that it was the best thing I had ever put in my mouth! I am diabetic so I have to limit myself. But, I only have it at Christmas and it wouldn't be Christmas without a Paula Dean Gooey Cake

OMG This gooey coconut cake is to die for. I ordered one and when my husband and I tasted it and then ate it all, I immediately ordered two more. This will definetely be my "go to" desert from now on.
