With the 15% online discount coupon I had I was able to have the unit delivered for less than $100.00. It has only been used three of four times in the two weeks we have had it but are currently very please with the fryer.

The oil doesn't seem as deep as it should be. So far I've done only fish, fries and chicken thighs. I could do only two thighs at a time and since these take a long time, wouldn't want to have to do more.
It's great for smaller pieces. I'm looking forward to doing donuts.

Pros-
1. You can control the temperature.
2. It gets hot enough for any deep frying.
3. Large Capacity
Cons-
1. Oil draining is cumbersome.
2. Sides are flimsy when the oil pan is removed.
