I have had more expensive and less expensive grinders. I find this is a great value, and it works better than some of the more expensive ones.

I love this grinder-I've had several others that gave out and broke after a short period of time. This one feels more heavy-duty and I'm confident that it will stand the test of time.
The grinder works very well. I used it for grinding flax seeds which I otherwise find hard to get into my diet, and it worked very well. They ground down very fine and it makes a nice and very nutritious and healthful addition to oatmeal cereal.

I never considered myself a coffee snob- pre-ground pre-packaged coffee was fine for me. That is, until I experienced coffee made from freshly ground beans. This machine takes up minimal counter space, grinds enough beans for 10 cups of coffee in about 20 seconds at most. It is an extra few seconds of effort, but the difference is easy to taste. Easy to use, easy to clean- it's an affordable luxury not to pass up!
