Commercial Quality

This sauce pan is the perfect size for most casseroles, it cooks better at low temps, and browns well at lower temps. A must have for basic cooking needs, good looking and the glasss lid is great getting to see what in going on without having to remove. Lid holds steam in well for tenderizing.

Food sticks

Love the pan but...

Am so excited to have a new Calphalon pan. Have owned and loved these pans for years. Only complaint is that I like the old solid flat lids better...glass one works fine, just doesn't store as well.
