I have other knives with this type blade and this is the best. I like the short blade--good for paring vegetables.

This product has to be in your kitchen! It is the only knife that I just could not do without! I cook with many fruits and vegetables and it makes peeling,paring, and cutting a joy! Thank you for such a great product.
