I have used this on grilled chicken, hamburgers, and pan fried potatoes w/ onion and peppers. This is now a staple in my home!

This seasoning makes all the difference when creating stews or smothered Pork chops etc.. I can no longer find it in my local supermarket so I appreciate this on line source. ahbeck

For years I have wanted to get some of Emeril's special seasoning. It is better then I thought it would be. It really makes a difference in salsas, rubs and just general seasoning. I plan to order some to include in wedding shower gifts.

Though it was very strong, so I guess a little goes a long way, getting used to the taste still. A friend used this on fish and gave me a taste, it was very good, so I am wondering what the difference could be between her product and mine.
