The Cap does not fit correctly and the pour spout is poorly designed. the pour release botton gets stuck. on the good side it will keep liquid hot for awhile.

I am dissapointed in this carafe because it does not keep coffee hot for very long. I pre-warmed the carafe with boiling water, But it did not stay hot for even an hour. I would not buy another product from Trudeau.

I actually got this server because my parents have one and it really does keep the coffee hot, even when it got left outside overnight during camping.
