the Italian roast is a flavorable coffee with a dark roast. I would rate it a 8 or 9 on a scale to ten. I will probably buy this coffee again,but I like the Pikes Place roast somewhat better. It is a medium roast coffee. I also like buying the coffee beans instead of ground.

My experience of buying online with Cooking,com has been as good as going to Starbucks to get the same product. It's wonderful that for the same cost as going to the store (-my time & gas) I can sit at anytime of the day or night and go shopping at home! I receive confirmation & tracking by email of exactly where it is, how much etc. & I don't even have to leave my house & fight the lineups and crowds! When I receive my product Cooking.com has included a mini catalogue of specials and other items in their store.

I will only drink coffee brewed from Starbucks Italian Roast coffee beans with heavy cream and lots of sugar. Yum!
