Decaf

It is nearly a mortal sin for a committed coffee drink to drink decaffeinated coffee. Having said that ...when one reaches a certain age some concessions must be made (for some of us anyway). Our concession is that we can no longer drink regular coffee all day and night like we used to. That being the case we have been, for the past 5 or 6 years, 'blending' regular with decaf during the day and straight decaf at night. With Starbucks' decaf, and their Houseblend in particular, we don't feel slighted in either flavor or richness. The taste is as bold and deep as regular caffeinated coffee. Thanks Starbucks!

We are using the coffee in our office and find it to be very fresh.

This is the best of the best when it comes to your morning Java. You can spend much more. However,you will not find a better cup (s) of java, anywhere.

House Decaf vs Sumatra Decaf

House Decaf is not my favorite; Sumatra is. But House is good for the rest of my family, who do not prefer a bold coffee, when we want a cup of Decaf in the evening. I keep Sumatra Decaf available for myself and my two Sisters when we really want a good bold cup with a little cream or ice cream added. MMMMmmmm so good.

Decaf

Sigh...gone are the days when I could drink regular caffeinated coffee all day and into the evening. BUT...this is good bold decaf and I have adjusted over the years. As far as decafs go this is one of the tastiest I have ever tasted and I drink my coffee black - no fillers.
