Have used it for meatloaf, and bread, both came out great. Love the non-stick surface, and sturdy construction. Definitely worth the money!
When I recieved the two meatloaf pans I thought they looked to small. I had already bought 3.5 lbs. of burger and I knew it was too much, but decided to try to make it fit. After mixing everything I was suprised to see that it fit with room to spare. Could have used 4 lbs. The best meatloaf I ever made, next will be stuffed peppers.
The item is a good quality but has a poor design like other meatloat pans. The pads on the bottom part are good for taking the item out of the oven, however, it was difficult lifting the inside part of the unit out to fully drain the meatloaf. It really needs 2 sets of pads for easy lifting - one on the inside for lifting out of outer pan and one on outside for taking out of oven.

This is a great meat loaf pan. It has an excellent non-stick surface and very nice large handles. But watch the size of your loaf. I used a recipe that called for 1.5 pounds of ground meat, and the meat loaf mixture did not quite fully fit into the pan. The next time, I will use a recipe that calls for only a pound of meat.
