Global Carving Set

I learned about Global products from some chefs who were working part-time in a kitchen store in the Bay Area.
Over time, I've bought a number of Global pieces. They are extremely sharp & hold their sharp edge very for a long time.
I'm delighted to have added the carving set to my collection.
Your price was the best that I found both on-line & in stores.

Global knives are often considered the absolute best. This is a very good carving set. I've got a very good selection of their knives and this set made a wonderful addition.
