Circulon is an EXCELLENT choice!

I've tried many non-stick pans in the past that have claimed to be of good quality but this is the first the first time I feel that the company's claims have met my expectations. These pans are wonderful. You can see and feel the quality in them. I've cooked everything in them from eggs to fried chicken. They heat evenly, nothing sticks, and they clean up beautifully. And the bonus is: they can go from stove-top to oven. Another plus: they don't cost a fortune! Great product Circulon!!!!!

I love the grooves in Circulon. I have one and wanted a larger one. I adore the fact that I can choose to fry my eggs with either no fat or 1/4 teaspoon of butter if I choose; but I don't have to use any fat at all. It has to be the grooves that leave a little

Simply put the Circulon Deep Skillets are great to use wether frying chicken, making gravy or scrambling eggs. When I make gravy in an ordinary skillet I tend to splash it out of thepan and onto the stove :( With the deep skillet I can make garvy and not splash :) Which make me really Happy that I do not have a mess to clean up. Cleaning the deep skillets is easy and I have recommended them to several of my family and friends.

I replace 8" and 10" non-stick skillets often, because we use them so much. This is the first time I bought Circulon and it was because of the value of the 2 piece set. They are the best non-stick skillets I have worked with. They are nice and heavy, the surface seems to be very tough. time will tell of course. But they just feel right.

The inside of these pans are slightly ribbed. I find they cook non-oily meats and fish very well, allowing them to brown with a drizzle of olive oil, but without catching or burning. It's an unusal design that I'm extremely pleased with. I haven't tried fluids, such as eggs or crepes, and think it might not be suitable for these. The pans clean well with a damp cloth.

What more can I say? I LOVE these pans! They're GREAT! These pans complete my circulon collection, & I love them all. My only suggestion to anyone who doesn't already know this: (refer to instructions) only use low to medium heat with this sort of pan, or you could eventually ruin it. THANK YOU cooking.com for providing such quality products for such good prices!

Overpriced ! The 10 inch is really a good inch smaller. The "Tools of the Trade" fry pans made in China and sold by Macy's are a much better value and easier to handle. I will not order from you again. I purchased the fry pans at Macy's and me and my wife are much happier with them.

The product is a good value; however, as much as I like buying from cooking.com, I may have to look elsewhere. I have noticed that several stores in the Charlotte area are selling the EXACT SAME PRODUCTS and offer coupons of an additional 20% off.
