I love these little whisks. I had a set but it was not a good quality and began to rust. These are such a good quality they will not rust on me. I use them in small cups to mix small batches of sauces.

I use these to "whisk" together dry ingredients when I am baking- they work great instead of sifting. For this I only use the long handled whisk. I have not discovered a use for the smaller one yet.

Had some of these from years ago and they needed to be replaced. Could not find anywhere in stores. So glad I looked online and found them at cooking.com - very satisfied with product and service.
