The forkes (meat lifters) were the best.

The forkes (meat lifters) were the best I have ever used. I am 71 and have been cooking thanksgiving dinner for a few years. I was able to lift the turkey out of the roaster in one move.

While I haven't used them for a turkey yet, they've done a great job on chickens. Easy to hold, not too heavy to hold comfortably but heavy enough that they seem sturdy. I like them!
