The carving set is part of a Xmas gift for my father, so I haven't used the item.

Wusthof 2-Piece Carving Set

Best carving set I ever owned. I particularly like the straight pronged fork for holding meat exactly where it needs to be while slicing. The handles of the knife and fork are very comfortable and the blade is just the right thickness allowing you to carve thin slices as good as your local butcher shop. This was the best investment I've made this year.

Excellent Carving Set

I really like this carving set - the fork is solid and substantial - able to handle many pounds of roast or poultry. The knife has a good feel and carves very nicely.

Best knives ever!

Can't believe that I waited until I was 61 to buy these knives. Carves like butter and so easy to use. Can't wait until Thanksgiving to do the Turkey! I have bad hands and can still carve up my roast with this wonderful knife.

This set goes right along with the other products that I use by Wusthof. The price was a real deal and we used the carving set the first day. I never realized the difference in cultry until I used the best. Wusthof is certainly the best in my book. The set sliced evenly, smoothly and with little effort.
