The carving set is part of a Xmas gift for my father, so I haven't used the item.

Wusthof 2-Piece Carving Set

Best carving set I ever owned. I particularly like the straight pronged fork for holding meat exactly where it needs to be while slicing. The handles of the knife and fork are very comfortable and the blade is just the right thickness allowing you to carve thin slices as good as your local butcher shop. This was the best investment I've made this year.

Excellent Carving Set

I really like this carving set - the fork is solid and substantial - able to handle many pounds of roast or poultry. The knife has a good feel and carves very nicely.

Best knives ever!

Can't believe that I waited until I was 61 to buy these knives. Carves like butter and so easy to use. Can't wait until Thanksgiving to do the Turkey! I have bad hands and can still carve up my roast with this wonderful knife.

This set goes right along with the other products that I use by Wusthof. The price was a real deal and we used the carving set the first day. I never realized the difference in cultry until I used the best. Wusthof is certainly the best in my book. The set sliced evenly, smoothly and with little effort.

Another great Wustof product

I actually haven't used this carving set yet, but wanted to add it to my Wustof collection, which I just love. I have no doubt this set will be as excellent as the other Wustof pieces.

Carving set review

The set was perfect except the blade was only 8.5 inches long. I would have preferred a 10 to 12 inch blade. Otherwise, its Wusthof, what else is there say - excellent product.

Best Carving Set Around

I've had 2 or 3 carving sets and always held off purchasing w Wusthof set due to the price. But when I saw that it was on sale, I snap it up immediately and am NOT disappointed. The knife cuts through meat like it's going through soft butter. It's comfortable to hold. I've tossed all my other sets -- this is the only one I'll be using! I'm so happy I was able to add this set to my other Wusthof knife collection.

We really needed the fork that came with this set but we found that the knife was a lovely addition and so sharp that carving is a breeze!

Bought as a wedding gift

This is the third Carving Set I have purchased; one as a Christmas gift and two as Wedding gifts. The price is reasonable and the Set looks expensive.

Haven't used the set yet. Really wanted a knife only, but couldn't find one without the fork. Looking forward to using both.
