Quality without breaking the bank

For most of my kitchen knives I buy the Wusthof Classic line and have never been dissatisfied. On this occasion I thought I'd try the Gourmet line. While not as heavy a feel as the Classic it is certainly a quality knife and does the job and the fork is just the right size to allow good control. I would recommend this carving set to anyone.

I really needed this set for Holiday meals but just got it recently. These pieces work well together for carving. The knife is very sharp and both pieces are comfortable to hold. I wash them by hand since reading it's recommended for knives, especially this quality.

I got this for my husband as a gift to cut meats and roasts. He uses it for everything. It cuts beautifully, is light and is easy to hold.
