"In 2007 I met the designers of Ergo Chef at a gourmet show. I used the cutlery on stage during my demo and was given a set to take home. After a year of wear and tear in my kitchen - trust me it can be a knife gauntlet - I was hooked on the quality and design of Ergo Chef’s product. Before I knew it, I was teaming up with them to develop my own collection. We sketched a range of designs lookin’ for the select few that really rocked technically and aesthetically!
I’m a Hot Rod guy who knows that in order to do car-building right, you need high quality performance parts. The same idea applies to cooking, so the right knives are key. My product features a combination of the best materials with a design that will blow your mind! Knuckle Sandwich Knives Run Down:
The blades are precision heat-treated to keep a great edge.
Patented ergonomic design is created to be an extension of your hand for natural comfort.
Made of high-carbon German stainless steel for stain resistance.
The full tang and abbreviated bolster complemented by the forged aspect add strength and balance.
Hollow ground ovals in blade promote less stick and smoother cuts.
Flames and Guy's Knuckle Sandwich logo are distressed and permanently etched on the blade. The red and black handle also boasts a flame-waved design, and the star is added to complete Guy's signature look.
This set includes a 10 inch knife and a 6 inch fork with a handle that is 5.5 inches.

Tried it for Thanksgiving, really did nice job on the turkey, best karving set I've used so far, that's 50 years worth.

I have used the carving knife a few times on roast, turkey, and flank stake and it has not been any better then the cheaper one I had before. The fork however works very well.

I bought these knives for my husband and we both love them. Not only are they an added art piece to the kitchen. They are solid, have a nice weight and are sharp!

I purchased this carving set for my husband for Father's Day. Not only is it cool looking it is a fantastic carving knife. Meats just flow off the blade. Large hand or small hand it doesn't matter. The knife feels great in your hand. It is well balanced. This was a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good carving knife.

this carving set is great. i no problems carving up meats or turkey. i compair this set with my son's profesional set. it may not be as long or wide as his but it does the job.

I love these knives, and this order just completed my set beautifully. I love the bold graphics on these and love the red in them. I get compliments on them all the time. These knives hold an edge and are incredibly sharp and I love working with them.
