They are extremely sharp, so watch your fingers. I have yet to have to sharpen them but I'll give another feedback on that situation. Just be careful and use them as directed. Dave

great guy knife

i bought this knife for my husband. it has a nice weight to it and seems to be balanced well. of course it looks super awesome. the perfect guy knife line. it came very sharp. i haven't had it long enough to know how well it will hold it's edge, however seems to be doing a really good job.

STYLING AND FUNCTIONALITY

I JUST GOT MY GUY FIERI KNIFE IN LAST WEEK. I HAVE USED IT 3-4 TIME ALREADY AND I LOVE THE EASE OF CHOPPING VEGGIES. THE DESIGN OF THE KNIFE ALLOWS YOU TO CHOP WITHOUT RAISING THE KNIFE TOO HIGH. IN ADDITION, IT IS BY FAR THE BEST LOOKING KNIFE IN MY COLLECTION. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS KNIFE TO ANY AND EVERYONE !!!

Valentine's gift for husband
