I have worked with alot of Chef knives in the past, and have come across some really good ones. The knuckle sandwich knife is right up there with the top ones i have used. It is very well balanced, feels good in my hand and the grooves in the blade that keep the foods i am cutting from sticking really make it stand out above all other chef knives i have used. I would defenitely buy another recommend this knife to anyone who loves a good chef knife and doesn't have a couple hundred to spend on it.

Perfect gift

Bought this knife set for my son. He was overjoyed. He immediately sliced a tomato, paper thin, the knife cut it like it was butter. We were all impressed. Beautiful and practical.

I have 4 of these knives in different sizes and absolutely love them. They cut everything with such ease, non-slip and comfortable handles, and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

imprinting of logo/name on blade is very poor. Surprised that Guy would let this go out with his name on it! I bought this is as gift to myself and was thinking of getting more but probably not now. Can't wait to show them to friends-not! If slopy printing of logo was on purpose than that is even worse. shame on someone!

this was a gift and has not been given yet, so I cannot comment on its quality, but it was as expected from pictures I saw. It looks high quality and I am looking forward to giving it to my son and getting his review about it.

Awesome! I bought this knife for my boyfriend as a gift and he can't get enough of it. He makes food all the time now just so he can use it. We cook together on a daily basis and I now know the difference between a great chefs knife and just an ok one. As an added plus... it is pretty bad looking as well.
