Great knives -- perfect weight and balance is good. These guys are sharp and ready to do some serious cutting. The grip is shaped right -- even for various sized hands and it's quality steel -- just as you'd expect from Guy. Good price -- great quality.

    Great value

These seem to be a great value for the price. I have longed for good knives in my kitchen, but have always put it off because my kids don't seem to take heed to the warnings of my wrath for not caring for them (dishwasher, dropping in sink, etc.) I have only used these for a short time, but I really like them, they seem to have all the basic features of Guy's more expensive knives, but without the cost. And do you really need a special knurl on the end of the knife to crush your garlic/nuts? Kind of like paying ten bucks for a 3 pack of painted squirt bottles when you can buy plain ones at Walmart for .97 each...

I love these knives! I needed some new knives since my set was really old and not sharp anymore. I'm a big fan of Guy Fieri, so when the knives went on sale I figured it was time to order some. I am very glad I did! They are fantastic! I can cut through any vegetable or fruit with no trouble including sensitive tomatoes. They can cut through bread without squishing it. They cut through chicken breasts and other meats without pulling at all. I'm very happy I ordered and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I am enjoying my Chef and Paring Knives. They have holders to protect their edges and they are very comfortable in the hand. They are nice and sharp for peeling, chopping, and slicing.
