Disappointed

The first time I used the Baking Sheet Set I couldn't believe it. They came out uneven. Both of them were twisted to the side and I lost some of the roasted tomatoes that I had on the sheets. When the sheet got hot it didn't feel as durable as when I placed it in the oven. After washing the sheets I placed them flat and put something on them so they would go back to its original shape. That worked. I decided to give the sheets another chance since I paid all of that money. They ended up staying flat like they should. The reason that I'm not giving this product a good score is because I feel for the price they need to be of better quality. They do get the job done but I feel a baking sheet shouldn't twist when you pull them out of the oven even though the second time they were ok. I did end up burning my hand the first time when I was trying to get the twisted sheet from the oven. If you don't mind waiting for the second time for the sheets to be straight by all means purchase them just don't put any food on them so you don't have a mess like I did. They do end up staying straight after that. Even though they should be of better quality. You would think with a name like Calphalon that they would be of better quality.

The baking sheets are exactly what I wanted. But the Customer Service representative who helped me was exceptional. He stayed on the line until we got the order AND THE BONUS GIFT completed. He was very helpful, and deserves recognition.

I have used many baking sheets but this one is the best! Cookies especially come out great!

Great for all the extra Christmas cookies I am baking 1 And who doesn't LOVE the non stick feature!!

These pans are great. They are good and heavy so that they retain there shape when heated and they also retain a lot of the heat between batches.
