Customer Reviews
Yay and nay
Both of these tools are comfortable in the hand. The omelette turner works quite well, but the whisker is nearly useless. I bought these with a set of pans and the morning after arrival had them out to make an omelette. I attempted whisking the eggs with this tool until my arm was about to give out and the eggs were plainly still not ready. After a brief rest, took out old faithful wire whisk and was done in no time.

I was ordering a pan and saw this set and decided, why not? The stirrer is like a giant fork with knobs on the end. It works fine, but to be honest I've been using a spatula for so long I cannot seem to get used to this, or to see why it's superior to a spatula. I actually think the omelette tool makes a better stirrer. I don't usually make omelettes, and this smaller, flatter turner does a great job of making scrambled eggs. Overall I would say they are high quality and well made, but not essential for most everyday cooks.

Whoever designed these tools had my use in mind. The turner is definitely right-handed, so it would probably not be suitable for lefties.

The design and composition of these tools is pretty nice. The curvature of the tools is correctly set and easy to use. I thought the egg tool was more of a gimmick than actual tool but I was proven wrong. Both tools are quite helpful. Small minor drawback--the weight of the handle is a bit more than the working end of the tool, causing the tool to have a tendency to want to flip out of the skillet. Minor distraction.

I didn't have these tools in my drawer and I'm always looking for something to use in my non-stick Calphlon skillets. These do the trick. I'm pleased.
