Great for Omelettes but avoid high heat

The spatula is fantastic for working on omelettes and the most useful tool of the pair. The fork is ok for scrambling eggs in a pan but I still prefer a regular fork for scrambling in a bowl. With the spatula avoid high heat. Because it is so thin, it will melt and curl. Needless to say, ours did not last long making it hard to recommend this product.

Not only for eggs, any thing you have to mix on the stove or bowl without scraching you cookware.

I have been looking for this product for years and finally you had it. Now my wife will not yell at me for using a metal fork. I used the fork a few times and it works well.

Nice Tools

This is a nice set of tools that I use for more that just eggs in my non-stick pans. The fork tool does a good job scrambling eggs and I made gravy with it as well.

I have been looking for a fork type tool for a long time.

Best tool set

The Calphalon egg and omelette tool set is the best product. The blade is so thin it just slides right under the food. I use the fork to stir pancakes and pudding. This is a great addition to any kitchen.

Problematic packaging

LOVE the products, but the packaging leaves alot to be desired. It was quite a struggle to cut the plastic fasteners that held the utensils onto the cardboard. The fasteners were extremely tight and I scratched one of the utensils with my scissors as I was struggling to remove it.

I love calphalon products..sad that they discontinue stuff so quick but im SOOO glad i got these they are slightly smaller than the other silver grip stuff but they make some mean eggs :)

More than an Omelette set...

Perfect for omelettes and more! I've used this set for just about everything in my calphalon pans. They're great!

Why didn't someone invent this before?

I know it is supposed to be an egg and omelette tool set, but I use these utensils for everything. So handy to have around and I don't have to worry about scratching my non-stick pans. Calling this tool set and Egg and Omelette Tool Set is way too limiting. I'm thinking of ordering a second set because they are so adaptable for pretty much anything being cooked.

Good Tools

I purchased this set to use in my "teflon" omelette pans because of the scratch factor. I really like them and have used them a few times now. The "fork" does mix the eggs well but also can be used to drag the curds around in the pan. I like the turner but it's a bit narrow; however, it gets the job done.

I love the flexibility of these, yet they are strong and durable....very nice product!
