Pastry cloth saves the cookies
I have always struggled with a rolling pin, but when I decided to make rolled out cookies for a Girl Scout Troop project, I needed to master the skill. The pastry cloth and the rolling pin cover made it easy for even a group of 10 year olds to roll out dough.

I used to see these pastry cloths all over the place, but I have even asked people in Tennessee to look for them, and I live in Michigan. I guess there are a lot less people baking. My mother used thes items. I'm 60, so you know how long these have been around.
Finally I came across your web site, and purchased five sets, three for my daughter in laws, one for a friend, and one for me.
Thanks for ending my search.
Both times we have used it, we were blown away...nothing sticks...amazing

Using the cloth when rolling out dough is much much better than just using flour on a wood or marble surface. The dough rolls out much easier and hardly sticks. Using the cloth surface makes cleanup easy.

This is extremely helpful in making good pie crusts & is getting hard to find in this age of already prepared foods. I highly recommend it!

I love this rolling pin cover. I bake a lot of cookies and it makes it sooooo easy. the dough never sticks and the pastry cloth is a bonus. It also helps with soft doughs that are hard to roll out. It makes baking cut outs fun. thank you so much.

Got what I wanted. Basically bought it for the pastry cloth to roll and cut my sugar cookies on rather then even consider cutting any thing on my marble pastry slab. Rolling pin cover is a bonus. At the price can afford to use it till I wear it down, toss it, and buy another.

Yes | No Report Violation »I have gotten use to using the rolling pin cover over the years, and the results I get with the pie crust and other doughs that require rolling, makes everything work so much easier. No sticking on the cover. You have much more control of your product. When my first one finally wore out and got a little yucky I just had to find another. I could not find them in any kitchen ware store, so I thought I would look on line and sure enough, there it was, so I ordered 5 sets, one for me, my daughter, and daughter in laws. They were excited to have the experience of using them. thank you for this opportunity. Lollie Willems

I had searched all of the stores in my city for a pastry cloth and rolling pin cover like my mother and grandmother used to no avail. Then, I found these on Cooking.com and ordered the set. It was just like the ones I remembered and worked great!! No pie crust sticking to the cloth or rolling pin! I am so pleased with the set and have recommended it to my friends.

Finally! I have been looking in every store for many months to replace the ones I have. I was so relieved to find this online! This rolling pin cover and pastry cloth works perfect for me and I can't function with any other substitute. Please keep this item in your inventory!

I so thank you...
I first heard about this item in a magazine article raving about how easy it makes rolling out a pie crust. Well, they are definitely right on that one! No more sticky dough. It takes the mess competely out of the job! You can roll the dough out very thin and it comes off the cloth with ease. I will be using frequently.

This one is of fine quality and the right size. I couldn't find any locally, so thank goodness Cooking.com had them. Would also work well for rolled cookies and bisquits.

I have tried using this product several times to roll out pie dough. The cotton cloth slips and slides all over the countertop. I had to tape it down with duct tape, which leaves a residue on my countertop. If anyone has suggestions, I'm open to them. Otherwise, it's a waste of time for me.

I had this rolling pin cover and pastry cloth for years and it finally just wore out. Plastic does not work as well when rolling out a rich pastry. I was thrilled to be able to order it from Cooks as I had looked in stores every chance I got. This is the only place that I know of that this item is available. I also ordered one for my friend who was looking for one. Thanks, Cooks. I can always depend on you to have the unusual products.

Nice material. Shakes out flour fairly well. Will need washing before too many uses...
