The taco fluted pans were replacements for ones I had owned for years. They were lost after the inside of our house was destroyed by Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne last September. I had been looking for them in all the stores since then with no success. Suddenly it came to me to get on the computer, and I found your site. We have had taco salads twice since they arrived!! These pans make the perfect Tortilla Bowl for salads, etc. Spray pans lightly with cooking spray. Press flour tortilla into pan (room temp tortilla works best). Bake at 350 until golden brown (doesn't take long). Remove from pan and allow to rest a minute. Fill with salad items and enjoy!

I have an Advantium oven that cooks on demand with Halogen light & in 4 minutes I have nice crispy tortilla bowls to serve my Nacho Taco Salad to my customers here @ JJ's Snack Shack (see the Face Book FAN page if you are interested) in Rockport, Maine. The one thing I do a little different from the directions provided with the pans is apply veg. oil spray to both the inside of the pans & inside of the tortilla & it crisps up just like it was deep fried but without all the extra fat! I love these pans!!!

THIS PRODUCT IS EASY TO USE AND CLEAN-UP IS A BREEZE. I HAD TO ORDER ANOTHER SET FOR A FRIEND. THE PANS CAN BE USED FOR MORE THAN JUST TACO BOWLS WHICH IS A PLUS IF YOU ENJOY COOKING.
