Great Pans

I love to have taco salads but I hate the grease of deep frying. These pans are an excellent way to make the bowls and without the fat!

Very pleased with these pans. Very nice size as well. Using tortilla wraps make a healthy alternative to the preformed - prepackaged taco bowls available in my local grocery store. I have an intention to fill them with frozen bread dough and to have bread bowls for soup or salads.

Fluted Tortilla and Taco Pan Set

Great...just follow the instructions and it works perfectly to make taco shells. I also use the pans to shape bowls out of pastry & pizza dough, and/or chocolate and pizzelles.

Great taco bowls

On a recomendtion from my sister, I used the uncooked tortilla shells in these pans. The taco bowls turned out just like the fried ones you would get in a restaurant. Great for taco salads!

Shell game

These forms to bake a large tortilla into a shell for a taco salad are GREAT! The non-stick coating lives up to its name. You put in a large flour tortilla, bake it in the oven for a few minutes, and let it cool. Voila! Yes, it doesn't come out as puffy & crispy as the deep-fried shells you get at the fast food joint, but then, it's not deep-fried so you don't feel guilty about eating it either! I'm a gadget hound, so any kitchen gadget that actually *works* is worth investigating, and these things are FAB! I'm a bit of a cheapsk8 too, so when I say these forms are worth the money, well, you know how much a like them!

Great Pans

I really enjoyed making tortilla baskets to hold a great taco salad. My family enjoyed the dinner and the edible plates. My next project is to try to bake my daughter's favorite - brioche.

I already had two of the flutted pans. Thought that two more would be just great. Before I had to bake two and the bake two moe, now I can get it all done with one shot. They are great, make a very crisps tortilla shell.

So Much Fun eating healthy!

As soon as the tortilla salad bowl pans arrived, I made a Mexican salad of greens, shredded beef, grated cheese, beans, diced tomatos, bell pepper, avacados, black olives and green onions. We loved how the flour tortilla baked so golden and flaky, like, a pastry and the salad looked so festive served in the tortilla bowls. This was a meal in itself! Just serve with your favorite dressing; we liked Blue Cheese and Ranch is always a hit, but add a little chopped, canned jalapeno for the Mexican kick.

These make the most darling containers for taco salads. It's great to be able to serve healthy food that is a feast for the eyes.

Taco Salad Pan

I have use it twice and love it. When buy taco cups in the store you get four. I always have a waste with just my husband and I when the kids are somewhere else. It will save us money.

Would be nice to have recipes or where to get recipes (ie. waffle type taco for ice cream / desserts.
