SHARP!!!!!

I never owned any quality knives in my house and with such, I had developed some bad habits. Since I have purchased the Santoku, those "Bad Habits" have been corrected. I haven't had an injury, but the complacency I once exibited has been replaced with a new since of awe at the acuminous blade. I love this product! and I say to future owners, It is worth the money! The knife is comfortable and SHARP!

I bought this knife for my grandmother and she raves about it all the time! Her hands get tired easily and the strength in her grip comes and goes. This knife has really helped her in the kitchen. It's taken the pain out of the prep work and she's able to enjoy her time cooking again. She loves how well this works on tomatoes and all the fruit and veggies from her garden. Exceeds My Expectations

This knife is extremely sharp and that was my main goal. It is also heavy and well balanced. I am quite pleased with it. I have purchased knives from other stores that were much more expensive and not nearly as high quality. I think I got a very good deal.
