High Quality Cookware at a Great Price

Bought these for my wife's birthday with my fingers crossed, as she bakes for a living, and her standards are high. After receiving them, there is no doubt these will meet those standards, and perhaps even exceed them.

Exactly what I wanted

I've been searching for this type of angel food cake pan for years (since my mom had one that I loved using). I looked in many stores and finally found it here. It is exactly what I wanted and it works great!!

Angel Food Cake Pan

This 2 piece tube pan came highly recommended by Cook's Illustrated so I bought it to make a chiffon cake with strawberries and cream. I was a little nervous about using this pan since it was my first experience with its type. But the pan proved effortless and my cake came out beautiful! There was no leaking of the batter, an easy removal of the cake, and a quick clean up of the pan. Thanks Cooking.com!

I used the pan to make Angel Food Cake.

The Pan worked great. The Feet allow the cake to be
colled upside down so the cake doesn't sink

Beat Ever

Best non-stick bakeware I've ever used. Bottom doesn't leak. Cakes pop out immediately when inverted. The produst is supposed to be dishwasher safe but I hand wash anyway. I like this tube pan too much to take a chance.

angel food cake pan

This pan worked great for my angel food cake. The feet on the pan are wonderful, I do not need to turn my cake over on a soda bottle!

Although this is a good pan, it does not produce a cake as shown above. I would like my cake to be as high as the one shown. I have an old pan approximately 75 years old which bakes a perfect angel food cake -- looks like the one in the picture.
