Very heavy...like that the metal is all one piece into handle...only problem I have it is starting to rust..very surprised at that...not as sharp as the Guy Ferie knives I bought....probably a good thing because the I first thing I cut myself with his...lol.....over all I do like them

My only fear of these knives is the sharpness of them. I'm not used to such sharp blades so I am using extreme caution when using them! They are such a good weight, they just feel good in your hands when cutting produce.
