What can you say, a cook can not ever have enough wooden spoons. These are sturdy, easily cleaned and come with a cute hang up thing on the handle. Ok I would not hang them but its a nice touch. The long is great for my canning and the short for the every day use. I might get more on the my next order.

The wood was more discolored than I expected it to be. Since I haven't used them yet, I don't know if the discoloration is going to affect the use of the spoons or not. I don't recall in the description of the spoons that they might be dark colored in some places. I'm assuming this is normal. Too early to tell if it makes a difference or not. They just look rustic as opposed to new.

I've had wooden spoons in the past and they would eventually deteriorate. These spoons seem sturdier, prettier, and wash and dry well. I'm happy so far.
