I have loved every other piece of Calphalon I've owned, but I don't like these new stainless steel pans. Everytime I have used them, food has stuck to the pan. I've followed the directions for using oil or butter, but still things stick. I will continue to purchase non-stick calphalon, but will not purchase any additional stainless pans.

My son had requested some stainless pans after learning about cooking with then at a high school cooking class. WOW These pans cook, saute, brown, fantastic. Warming pan first was the trick. They are also easy to clean up.
