Zwilling Spirit Thermolon non-stick frypans are completely free of PTFE or PFOA toxins. The tri-ply construction runs from rim to rim allowing even cooking from center of pan to the outer edge. These pans are oven safe up to 500 degrees. The tri-ply construction heats quickly but the exclusive stay cool handle alllows for easy maneuvering and control. Zwilling Spirit fry pans have 3 ply-material construction with a 4mm aluminum core which ensures uniform cooking up to the rim.
All pans are 18/10 Stainless steel with easy care, scratch resistant, and hygienic. Each pan's outer layer is made of 18/0 Magnetic stainless steel: all Spirit cookware are compatible with gas, induction, halogen or electric cook tops.

I am interested in purchasing some sauce pans too, but it seems they only come in pkgs with fry pans, or you have to pay more to buy individually.

Read many bad reviews AFTER I purchased online. Pans have great heft and are nice looking. If one avoids too high heat, these pans will perform beautifully. I however would not repurchase because they seem to be high-maintenance. I try to avoid cookware that needs to be babied !
