These are absolutely the best knives I've purchased. They are very very sharp, lightweight and do the job with a bonus that they are dishwasher safe! I am going to purchase a set to give as a gift!

I ordered this set online...from the shipping process the knives moved out of place and literally cut through the plastic (luckily not the box it came in). The blades are super sharp!!! Very nice.
