I threw out my All Clad grill pan when I received your grillpan. I have been very satisfied with both the grill pan and the griddle; I don't have a gas stove, and your Calphalon griddle works very well for pancakes. I cooked hamburgers on the grill pan this noon, and I love that it cleans up so well, and I don't have to scrub it. I just let it soak a few minutes, Thank you! The Impulse Purchase was one I will not regret.

Great Nonstick Pan

Love this pan. It is completely non-stick. Cleans up like a dream. It is light weight and oven proof. Completely satisfied.

Great Product, Good Price

I love Calphaln cookware and this pan is no exception.Very high quality. It is sturdy, hasn't warped with high temperatures so it heats well on my flat top stove. So far, this griddle pan seems to heat evenly, I have not noticed any hot spots. The nonstick suface requires little to no oil for cooking. Extremely easy to clean. The price is excellent for the quality of the pan.

I first used this pan to grill a steak and was extremely pleased. You can get the pan very hot (using little or no oil) which allows you to get a very good sear on the outside while not overcooking the inside. Cleanup was a snap because of the wonderful nonstick surface and it can even go in the dishwasher.

Dishwasher Calphalon? Fantastic!

Not that I put any of my pans in the dishwasher, its still nice to know if another family member does so, the pans will be fine. The handles are easy to hold and are cool while stovetop cooking. The distribution of heat is perfect and clean up a snap!

This pan is great! Easy to get a great grilled steak, and so easy to clean.

Love this pan

I really like this pan. So far, I have used it for veggie burgers, salmon patties, fish, veggies and it works very well. For the patties and burgers, I don't need to add oil and have no problems with "sticking". It heated pretty evenly on the gas stove top. I liked that I was able to get the "grill marks" with having to set up the grill outside. Clean up was easy because of the non-stick surface and the design of the grill dips in the pan.

Excellent product- easy to use and easy to clean. Chicken comes out better than on a barbeclue.

12-in round grill pan

i used the pan the first day i recieved it. icooked some t-bones and they were as good as if i took the time and mess of starting the outside grill. i would recommend this pan to everyone. thank you deb fox

Nonstick Round Grill Pan, (12-in.)

I tried my nonstick grill pan for the first time tonight, cooking a sirloin strip steak. It tasted just like it was cooked on the gas grill. This is great since I live in Erie, PA, and usually don't get to have a steak until late spring. Pat Trapani

Great Grill Pan

This pan is very nice and heats up very quickly. It also does tortillas well. Clean up is a breeze

12 inch Grill Pan

I wanted to cook a whole fish in the pan. It didn't make deep grill marks like I thought it would. It was substantial to make 4 servings and it seems to clean well. It's heavy so use two hands. Make sure you wash the pan first and oil the pan before using it.

Good grilling pan

This is a very good grilling pan, especially with chicken breasts. It is a little harder to clean than I thought. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.

Works Well

This pan does what it is made for. Grill marks. Cooks evenly. Cleans up with minimal effort. I have a enamel coated heavy cast iron pan that I will not use any more, because this one is better.

This pan is a great option for those times when cooking on the grill is not an option. The bonus, you can throw them in the oven to finish off cooking. Also, clean-up is breeze. We'll never cook with anything else again.

We love it!

Having had our Grill Pan for a few meals now we are glad to report that it does exactly what it promised. Very limited splatter, nice grill marks on the food, love the non-stick finish, and a sale price is always welcome. I'm so glad I checked your Store when looking for this particular new pan.
