Pleased but...

I'm pleased with the product, but I thought it would be a little heavier than it is. I feel that it would cook even better if it were a bit heavier. Troy H.

Best Purchase EVER!!

My daughter and I can't eat bacon and we have to buy the turkey bacon. Before I purchased this pan our bacon tasted mediocre.. Now that we purchased this pan the turkey bacon cooks fantastic and it tastes so yummy it is incredible! We so enjoy our bacon now. I would definitely recommend this pan. Love cooking our meats/fish in this pan, it seriously is the best purchase ever!

Love this griddle! Just the right size for dollar pancakes, among other things. Quality piece from Calphalon. Washes up easily, too.

The 12 inch Nonstick round griddle is the best I have ever used. This morning I used it to fry bacon in and I didn't even have to use a bacon press. I wish I had started useing Calphalon products years ago.

12 in omelet pan lids don't fit this 12 in pan.

nothing that I've cook so far sticks to the griddle. I've only had it for a few weeks. Love how large it is. It is so easy to clean. Don't know why it took me so long to buy it.

Awesome pan

My husband isn't the type to comment on cookware but does notice when I've bought something new. This is the first time he has commented on a frying pan / griddle of any kind and he stated that I finally bought a pan he liked for cooking meats of any kind. I like the grill marks it leaves as well for a restaurant look to the food. Adds a bit to the presentation of the food if you know what I mean. I find myself reaching for this griddle more often than my everyday pan.

This grill pan is absolutely a miracle. I use it for everything from sandwiches to steaks to cooking bacon. The clean up is as a snap and I know when I pull it out to use it, it will never let me down.

This is a great alternative to using an outdoor grill. The pan heats quickly & evenly and leaves those great grill marks. Cleaning up is a breesze!!

Great New Griddle for Healthy Foods

I love this grill. I can now griddle on the rangetop or in the oven. I am trying to eat more healthy so this seemed like the right utensil to buy. I am so happy with it, my sister bought one too!
