I made a steak in this pan and it was the best done on the stove. My husband likes to grill all steaks but it rained and he had to stand outside watching the steak. When he came in, he remarked there is a better way to grill steaks. The pan did the trick and he loves it. I do too! Best pan around. I should have gotten it sooner.

Although the pan's surface appears not to be coated, the instructions say to treat it with care and non-metallic tools. It' works as advertised, and is fairly easy to clean. I would have been happier, if there weren't any grooves on the back side of the pan.

Nice grill pan

I like the great non-stick surface of this pan. The only drawback that I have found is that there is much smoking involved when trying to cook with low fat quantity.

Impressive Grill Pan

I am very impressed with the quality and performance of this grill pan. I have hesitated buying a grill pan to use on my ceramic top stove. Afraid it would not cook evenly because of the uneven pan bottom. I cooked grilled cheese sandwiches, they came out looking great. Clean-up is quick and easy. Glad I made the investment in this pan. Sorry I waited so long.......

I,m really pleased with the griddle. I have a large electric griddle, but this smaller one is great when doing smaller amounts of food.

I really like this small grille pan. It is great for doing a couple of sandwiches , burgers or whatever without having to handle my large two burner grille pan and it cleans up great.

The beauty of grilling indoors

This is a great product for those days when you can't grill outdoors on the grill or in the smoker. I love the ease of clean up; just make sure you de-glaze then just throw it in the dishwasher and forget it....great.

Lower Heat - better results

This takes only a shot of oil spray and it's good to go. I have a ceramic cooktop and I had to use a slightly lower heat for making pancakes on this griddle than I used before on my old one. The pancakes browned very evenly and were easy to move and flip. It took very little to get it washed clean, too.

Always wanted one!

I've always wanted a grill pan so my meats wouldn't have to sit in grease while they cook. This cooks evenly and drains fat as I expected it to. Clean up is a breeze - -I have to constantly warn my husband not to scrub if he's helping with the dishes because he's so used to reaching for the steel wool to do the fry pans.

Easy Cleanup!

Although my husband typically grills outdoors, there are times when he's not available, or it's just easier to complete inside. I always cringed when I would haul out my cast iron grill pan; excellent performance, but what a cleanup nightmare. I've tried my new nonstick pan several times and am astounded by the ease of cleaning and am quite pleased with the grilling results. It's not 100% equal to an actual grill or cast iron, but close enough for my satisfaction.

This is a 5-Star product in my opinion. Absolutely a good purchase and at such a great price! Have used the pan to sear meat and chicken and prepare grilled sandwiches. Nothing sticks and very little, if any, oil is used. Also easy cleaning. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend this fry pan. Also very happy at how quickly I received the pan.
