I wasted time purchasing an off-brand, quasi-Calphalon grill pan. I returned it and spent the extra $15 on the real deal. Big difference in appearance and quality. The pan grills as advertised. I use it almost every day for vegetables and low calorie meats, poultry, and fish. Cleans up as advertised, as well. It is a really sound investment.

Great gift for beginners or pro's.

This is a great addition to any level of expertise in the kitchen. I am using it three to four times a week for virtually fat-free meal prep. I have used it for fish, poultry, beef and pork, as well as vegetables. The most important thing to remember is to follow the directions exactly as recommended. Let it cool before cleaning and it will look like new every time. Finally, don't waste time trying to save a few dollars for a cheaper model because you will spend those savings when you have to return it. Buy this Calphalon pan the first time and start enjoying it immediately.

I was hoping that this griddle would take the place of the square one that I need to throw out. However, it didn't quite work out that way. This griddle only has space for three pancakes while the square one has space for four. But, what I really like about this griddle is that is provides enough flat space for me to fry bacon, and that is a real plus. I also absolutely love the fact that this griddle is dishwasher safe to I don't have to handwash it.

excellent grill pan

I was most pleased with the performance of this grill pan. I was able to get a great sear on boneless, skinless chicken breasts with no oil and no sticking.

This is the second griddle I own. I now have one at each of our residences. It is easy to clean and maintain. It cooks evenly across the entire surface.

12" griddle

I love using this griddle to cook pancakes, burgers and eggs & hash browns. The non-stick surface cooks very evenly and it cleans up super easily. It fits perfectly on the 12" element in my new smooth cooktop.

Better than your gas grill outside

This cooking surface allows you to cook fat free and with the same grill marks as your outdoor grill with even cooking across the entire surface. Ever cut into a good steak and have 2 different tempature of meat..... No more with this great pan.

Nonstick round grill pan

I liked that I can have grill marks on my food without going outside in the cold to grill. It worked very well. Clean up was easy.

I am so happy I bought this griddle, had been thinking about it for some time now and finally did it. Like another customer, I wish the sides were higher but I can deal with it. I have used it for at least 1 meal a day since I bought it, only 2 weeks ago, but used it enough I know I like it as much as my other Calphalon Unison products. Cooks evenly, cleans up beautifully and you can make a BIG ol' omlet on it. So happy with it bought one for each of my 3 sons for Christmas, that way they won't come an sneek mine out the door! Not having any trouble with it sticking or cleaning it up, at all. I don't put any oil on it until it heats up, maybe that will help some of you who have been having issues. Very, very satisfied with this item too. This Idaho Grandma loves you Calphalon Unison.

I cook on a ceramic cook top and as soon as it starts to get hot the griddle warps.

Great Stuff

I gave my wife some Calphalon Unison cookware pieces for Christmas. She absolutely loves this stuff - says it's the greatest cookware ever and that it must have been designed by women.

Great Product

Great product, I've never owned one before, but it works great and Calphalon is always top quality.

Calphalon became my choice of cookware almost 20 years ago and they haven't let me down yet. This pan is fantastic and I can even do grill makes, lol.

excellent pan and value

The Calphalon Unison line is really great. Heavy duty and really slippery! My husband used it to sear chicken with no oil in the pan. All the browned stuck on bits just rinsed right off, no scrubbing, or even wiping required. Since we purchased our first Unison pan, we have been adding others as they go on sale.

A must have

Heats fast and evenly. Cleans quick and easy. What more would you want?
