Calphalon Non-Stick Fry Pans

Having used Calphalon pans for the last 20 years, it was an easy choice when it came time to replace the everyday 8" pan. This set of 8" and 10" was perfect because it added a larger pan to our collection. Both are performing wonderfully with no sticking whatever and that is exactly what I needed.

Nearly perfect

We have had these pans for a couple weeks or so and have found a way to use them almost every day. The surface is truly non-stick. The weight of the pans are comfortable in the hand. The heat up evenly. They would have been truly perfect, but the 10-inch pan has a 1 cm imperfection in the non-stick surface on the side of the pan. It it were on the flat part I would have returned it. So long as this imperfection on the finish of the inside of the pan doesn't spread, it's just not worth the hassle. Aside from that, these are the best pans we have ever owned.

Should have bought these sooner

I bought these to replace old scratched up ones. They are terrific. Just as the site stated, very little butter to get wonderful results.

Excellent cookware and gret price

I bought my original calphalon anodized aluminum cookware in 92 and it is still going strong. I decided to up grade to the unison cookware for the searing capability and am completely satisfied. I plan on upgrading the rest of my omelet and frying pans to unison eventually.

I now have six of these pans. I have also given two to a cousin. These are the very best pans I have ever owned. The fact that I can put them in the dishwasher was the initial encourgement I needed, but after using one a couple of times, I realized I want the entire line. Keep up the good work.

I COULD NOT GET OVER HOW HEAVY AND HOW WELL BUILT THESE PANS WERE. THE WORK GREAT AND ARE A BREEZE TO CLEAN.

Caphalon frying pans

These are great nonstick frying pans that can be used on the stove-top and placed in the oven. They clean so easily that I don't put it in the dishwasher although it is dishwasher-safe as well! They do great for almost all foods. However, I have to use a non-stick spray or butter for frying eggs. Fried eggs stick to the surface for some reason. Overall though, I think they are excellent and well worth the money.

The cookware was excellent. The non-stick properties were better than the origional pans I bought many years ago.

Quality non-stick pans.

I bought these to replace 11yo Calphalon non-stick pans. I was interested in the fact that these are dishwasher safe, though I've only hand washed, so far. Give them a few months and I'll be sticking them in the dishwasher. For starters, have a nice heft. I have used them to cook eggs, hamburgers, etc. and so far, I have been pleased with the browning as well as the clean-up. I have a 12" non-stick All-Clad pan, which is nice, too, but there's no reason to pay that price. These work very well.

I use these pans 8" everyday and the 10" about three days a week. I have only had these a short period of time so I don't know how long the non stick surface will last.

I ALSO OWN THE 8" AND 10" SKILLETS WITH LIDS. THE LIDS FROM THAT SET ALSO FIT THE OMELETTE PANS. BETWEEN THEM,THESE PANS OFFER THE PERFECT COOKING UTENSIL FOR EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF. THEY ARE NONE STICK,THEY HEAT EVENLY AND THEY CLEAN UP BEAUTIFULLY.I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY PURCHASES.

Fantastic pan set

This pan set lived up to expectations and is now the automatic 'go to' pan set for specialties.

Using Calphalon products for years. Fantastic value for a fantastic product. I needed another 10 inch non-stick fry pan. Found this great bundled deal. Great value for a great product. Calphalon cookware has given me years of great service. But you need to treat them right! NO metal utensils, EVER! I use wood or nylon type. NEVER higher than medium heat! They will maintain their functionality indefinitely. These are a nice addition to my current collection.

These are my favorite breakfast pans.

I use these cuisinart non-stick pans daily. Omlettes, fried eggs, single French toast or two pancakes -everything slides out with little or no EVOO. My only complaint, and the reason I need to buy new ones every year is that they scratch very easily. I don't live alone and not everyone is as careful to use the correct utensils in the pan as I am. But, thanks goodness, cooking.com makes this line of pans very affordable.
