Like everyone, use an 8" & 10" skillet the most. Have several but these are the best. Giving away all the others because I will never use again after using these pans. And they are great looking too!!!

Great pans

I was pleasantly surprised at the weight and quality of these pans. With some non-stick, you just know they'll be thrown away within a couple of years, but I think these pans will last a lot longer than that!

Great Improvement

I bought several pieces of Calphalon nonstick pans some seven years ago. Though they were very well made, the nonstick surfaces seem to lose effectiveness over time. The new nonstick pans seem to have an much better coating; am now able to create a omelet without any sticking.
Will have to see how the surface holds up over time, but presently couldn't be better.

2 pc. Unison nonstick skillet

These skillets are awesome. Not only do they cook evenly, but they clean up easily too. I just wipe them out with soapy warm water and that's all it takes. There is no need to scrub the pans with anything abrasive. I'm going to continue to get the pans I need for my customized set. I'd recommend these pans to anyone looking for a good investment and pans that will last a long time.

GOOD VALUE BUT TOO HEAVY

GOOD VALUE BUT IF YOU HAVE ARTHRITIS, TOO HEAVY FOR DAILY USE. VERY NICE PANS AND TWO FOR THE COST OF ONE

The non-stick surface appears to be more robust and non-stick than that on a similar Calphalon traditional omelette pan which I purahsed 5 or 6 years ago, In addition, the handle is more solid and better weighted, giving the entire pan a more substantial and netter balanced feel.

No the quality I expected

Love them!

I've really enjoyed using my new skillets. I use them everyday. Food cooks evenly, nothing sticks, and they clean up very easily!! Very sturdy pan with good weight!

Disappointed

After following the directions to prepare for first use and handeling, this product will be returned. After first run through the dishwasher, the non-stick coating is coming off. And no it is not heat related, it was only used for eggs. This is the second non-stick pan we have had to send back due to poor quality. The other was a different model as well. This will be the last Calphalon product we purchase, due to inconvenience factors returning products at our cost.

Great pans for the price

I purchased these pans in a 2 for 1 price. I received the 10" pan for free with the order of the 8" inch pan. My daughter has this 8 inch pan and my husband loves to cook eggs and pancakes at her house because the sloped sides make it easy to slide the eggs out of the pan.

Almost happy

It is very non-stick, but already scratched. Very disappointed with that. Otherwise heats very evenly on the stove top and in the oven.

Best Product Ever

The Calphalon products I have purchased within the last two (2) months are the rave of my life (LOL). As time goes on I will be purchasing more pieces, hoping the ones I want will go on sale. Anyone wanting a new set of pots and pans should never be afraid to try the Calphalon Upsilon. Even though they claim to be dishwasher safe, I just can't see doing it to these wonderful pieces. Can't go wrong, buy them today.

Buy it!

99% of my cookware is by Calphalon. I thought for the price that this may feel cheap. Not even close! The pans are thick and not too heavy, but they still have some substance to them. Nonstick is wonderful.

Great Product But Not What I Ordered

Website said this was a 10" and 12" Set They claimed the site description was in error so beware. Not as advertized. Had to return and order from manufacturer direct.

Great deal

We used our old set of Calphalon pans almost every day and loved them but these are even better.......just be sure you follow the directions for seasoning them before use. My husband does most of the cooking and he really likes them too.

Pans are great but return policy sucks!

I bought a set of pans to replace ones that have the coating coming off after several years of use, did not think much of it, but when I was on this site I remembered about the "lifetime guarantee" so I called mentioned that the non stick is flaking off and I will not use them due to health concerns. They told me to take some pics and send them on in for them to look at, a week later I receive a blunt email stating that I overheated the pans. This is absolutely untrue, I have personally used these pans and never have even had the butter or oil start to smoke. So buyer beware, yes it is a nice product, I am happy with them, and was even happy to repurchase after a number of years of use, but to advertise a "lifetime guarantee" seems pretty lame when I take super care of all my kitchen appliances and cookware. My All Clad that where purchased around the same time are as good as new, just cost a bit more. So that's my 2 cents, take it for what its worth. Stay home Dad and family cook! Rob

The Unison non-stick skillets are well designed, have good heft and are definitely non-stick (at least after initial use). Good value.

Unfortunately, quality control might be an issue. The skillet set arrived with one of the skillets showing a minor defect in the hard anodized cooking surface. Fortunately, Cooking.com quickly shipped a replacement after being notified of the defect.

Omelette pan set

I think it is a good value for the sale price I paid for it. I would not have purchased it at the full price.
