Works surprisingly well

I had a gift certificate to use up, and thought I would try this out. It works quite well, and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to be able to make a small amount of whipped cream without spending a lot of time doing so. Three things to know about this if you are thinking about getting one: 1. You can unscrew the top of the plunger from the base, which allows you to take it apart for easier cleaning, and it goes back together easily. 2. When the top is locked onto the base (i.e. rotated to engage the side tabs), it can be very difficult to twist in order to get it open. I have found that if you just press the top down without rotating it, it seals just fine, and then it's much easier to open. 3. It can be difficult to see how whipped the cream is through the sides, as they get covered in cream. If you employ the above method of not locking the unit closed, then it is quite easy to open it and check your progress. Overall, this is a well designed product that quickly (~15-20 seconds) makes small portions of whipped cream.
