Yes | No Report Violation »The very first time I used this pan there was a small emergency elsewhere in the house, and I returned to the kitchen to find i had left the flame under the pan far higher than prudence would dictate. I was convinced I would find a burned mess inside, but the heat distribution is so good that the pan and the food were both doing just fine. I'm sold on these pans.
