    Cheap Sauce Pan

    Although my fault for not catching this, the 2qt Calphalon Non-Stick Sauce Pan is too lightweight and coated with enamel, as opposed to the 1qt Non-Stick Calphalon I purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond, which was heavier. I was "fooled" because the selection carried the same style name as the 1qt. Live and learn, I guess.

    I love the Calphalon line of cookware. It is extremly easy to clean, nothing sticks to it. The only thing I don't like is the shiny exterior. I much prefer the matt finishes.
