I love Calphalon and have had difficulty locating pots in the sizes I require. They are truly non-stick and so easy to clean. I highly recommend them.

I had another one that I still use. I like using itis so much that, I needed another one. Don't get me wrong. The old one is still in good condition - using the right care, these pots will last a long time - had it for at least more than 8 years now.

Cooking for two is challenging after years of cooking for a family, but I am becoming expert in converting recipes to smaller portions. Being able to buy open stock pieces to fit our lifestyle is refreshing. When visiting some of the big-box stores, I found the only way to get the needed pieces was to buy a complete set, which I don't need since I already have nearly a full set. I came home and tried visiting Calphalon directly on the Internet and found that I can buy exactly the pieces I need (open-stock) at affordable prices. The non-stick coating on this cookware is durable, has no nasty taste affecting our food as other brands have had in the past, and holds up to most any temperature you would need for any recipe. I have converted to Calphalon exclusively and am extremely happy about it.

THESE ARE GREAT SAUCEPANS, CLEAN UP IS EASY. MY HUSBAND IS THE COOK IN OUR HOME.HE LIKES TO USE CAST IRON TO COOK MOSTLY BUT HE ALSO USES THIS TYPE SAUSEPAN FOR OTHER ITEMS. I HAVE PURCHASED 1qt.2qt.3qt. AND TWO OF EACH SIZE.

Good quality pan - exceptional value. When they say 2 qts. It means 2 qts. right to the edge of the top of the pan. You couldn't put 2 qts. of liquid in this pan and boil it.
