Saw this while browsing the site and thought it was a great item. Ordered this and love it. Very usefull and since it stands alone or hangs from a drawer under the cutting board, it's easy to scrape the skins, peelings or whatever, into the container with the handy scraper that comes with the Scrap Trap.

This item fits onto my pull-out drawer perfectly and is not so larger that it is in the way. The little brush thing is not the best quality but overall a handy item if your messy in the kitchen like I am.

I kept saying I needed a moat under the counter to collect everything that flies off while I'm cooking. This was it! I wish it held more but it really does the job when I'm chopping veggies or anything else, I can just wipe the scraps right off the counter and into this--as I'm working. So the mess stays out of the way.
