A Nice Christmas gift yet to be received

I did open the box and checked it out - looks like a very nice/sturdy panini maker. I bought these for my daughters for Christmas, so it's a little too early to tell but it looks like a great product. I've since checked out similar machines in stores and online for much, much more money and they don't look any better than what I purchased. I'm sure my girls will have fun making "sanwiches" for their friends.

Easy to use and very easy to clean.

The directions were sooo simple that using it the first time was a snap. There is little or nothing to clean up. I use a oil spray on my sandwich and it leaves little or no oil on either of the plates. Makes a sandwich very special without any hassel.

I returned this for a Cuisinart 5-in-1 griddl

I returned this griddle unopened and bought the cuisinart gr-4n instead. On the Breville, the plates do not come out and they are not reversible; only the top has ribs, the bottom is flat. I'm sure it will be perfectly fine for some people, but not for my family.

I love this panini press, it heats evenly and quickly and is so easy to clean. I can't wait to use it for more than just paninis, I had no idea it could be used to make eggs, pancakes, open faced sandwiches, etc.

Breville's usual standard...the best!!!!

I never imagined I'd fins so many uses for this Panini duo.....so glad I overcame my misgivings and bought it!
