This product used to be a better value, until they downsized the amount of pieces per box. Used to get 24, now get 20.

Tazo Tea

These tea bags save me so much money, don't have to go to Starbucks everyday. They are amazing and a good price. I always buy 3 boxes, to make sure I don't run out.

only ONE problem

the product comes in a box of twenty loose bags. i ordered five boxes.....and the first box had one bag broken all over the box.....this has happened before and c.c offered to replace the product BUT I HAD TO OPEN ALL THE BOXES...AND THERE WERE OTHER BAGS BROKEN. THEY DID SEND ME AN ADDITIONAL BOX..ONLY A FEW BAGS WERE BROKEN NICE.THIS TIME I DECIDED I WILL JUST DEAL WITH IT. WHEN IT CAME IN THE BAG THIS DIDNT happen. i have never reviewed this before but saw i am not alone in this issue. have to say c.c IS nice about it when i call.

Quality Control

I have been ordering this product for several years. I love Tazo Iced Tea. However, every once in a while I have a box of tea that brews cloudy. I am not sure why this is, but you might pass this info on to Tazo. Thanks,

TAzo large tea bags

They came in a cardboard box . They should be protected in a plastic bag inside the box.

I like to keep this tea as well as the green tea in the same size. Each bag makes a gallon. The biggest problem was finding an appropriate gallon pitcher. Finally found a stainless steel one online so I always have my tea ready.

Great Tea but.....

So I've been ordering this tea for years, love the flavor and it's just more convenient for me to buy an entire box of the iced tea bags. However the last few boxes have had tea bags that had holes so when I've opened the box there is loose tea everywhere. Not to mention that I am short a few tea bags because of it. Not sure is the processing has changed but if this happens on my next order I'll have to find another brand.

Tasty Tazo Tea

This is basically Starbucks Iced tea which I live on during the day, but what to do at night? Cooking.com comes through by packaging the big tea bags in big tea boxes. Fantastic.

Love this tea!

This is the best iced tea. I love strong tea!! The ability to brew it @ home by the gallon saves me tons of money compared to buying it by the cup @ Starbucks. I probably pay the same for a whole gallon that I do for 16 oz. @ Starbucks! Win!!

BLACK TEA

This is the tea Starbucks serves, so much cheaper to make yourself and also buying the bags at cooking.com is cheaper than buying them at Starbucks. Have been doing this for years.

Looking for Starbucks-like iced tea

Read on the web that this is the tea they use at Starbucks. I've only tried it once so far, and its not exactly like Starbucks, but it tastes very good. And I have a few alternative methods of brewing to try, so I am optimistic.

We love this tea! Wonderful flavor and very hard to find. A local restaurant serves it and I asked what it is. Found it on Cooking.com and have it shipped regularly.

Why spend $3 for a glass of iced tea at a national coffee chain, when you can make a gallon of the same tea for just over $1? This is the best!!

Not the same.

I have been ordering these tea bags for several years and this time they do not taste the same. Tazo has changed this tea. Instead of the delicious flowery taste I love, it just taste like regular iced teas you can get at the grocery store. Please bring back the flavor I love! Customer Service was good to send me the Tropical blend free of charge as I called to send this back. Thank you so much for your kindness. L.

Tazo Tea or Lipton No Difference Anymore

Tazo has taken a fantastic Black Ice Tea and turned it into c**p. Tastes the same as any mass market tea you can get at any grocery store. The old version I could not live without. After trying this version I returned it to Cooking.com for a refund. I didn't even care if it cost me almost $8.00 to ship it back. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This reminds me of the New Coke debacle. PLEASE TAZO BRING BACK THE ORGINAL VERSION.

Starbucks at home

I have been ordering these tea bags for about seven years now. They make the best tea.

Since this past winter was warmer than normal, I drank more ice tea and my supply dwindled before I realized I had no additional stock. I tried several other brands of tea as I patiently waited for a new delivery. The other teas were not as good.

Not the tea in the description

The description says that this tea is "A crisp, refreshing blend of premium black teas with subtle citrus notes". This is the description of the original Starbucks black tea that I was looking for, but this tea is straight black tea, Tazo Awake I believe, and does not have the advertised citrus undertones. Starbucks has updated their black tea, so the product description should be updated accordingly. Gave it 3 stars due to the disappointment of not getting what was advertised.

Great tea but something is missing

The first time I bought this tea it was just like starbucks black iced tea. Then when the package changed the taste changed as well.

If it were the same as when I first bought it, I would have rated it a 5 instead of a 3.

I usually bought this as gifts for my Starbucks addictive friends. At first they loved it. They say it taste different now too.
