I use this daily. This is a fantastic cast iron griddle. Perfect for enough pancakes for the whole family if you use two burners. I use this on two electric burners and it performs great. If you like those really cool grill marks on steaks, chicken, fish or veggies, the grill side will work to perfection.
As long as your seasoned and/or oiled enough and you manage your heat, it works like a charm.
Nothing beats the sound of a nice metal spatula on a cast iron griddle. Two tools in on e, this grill/griddle is top quality. Wash with a pot brush and water only. No soap. Dry immediately. Season with a little oil after and it's ready to go. It's a bit heavy, so make sure it's in the right spot before it gets too warm. Also, makes sure the under side is clean before you start to heat it up. The underside may smoke for a second, but it's ok, as long as you don't soak it with oil when you season it.
